Who we are
Anne - Sophie is a women's clothing shop (annesophie.vn). Anne - Sophie Management (management.annesophie.vn) is our internal tool for orders and conversations with customers. Only the shop owner and our staff can sign in to it.
What we collect
- When you message our Facebook Page on Messenger: the ID Messenger gives us for you on our Page, your first and last name and profile picture, and the messages and attachments you exchange with us, with their time.
- When you order from us: your name, phone number, delivery address, the social accounts you contact us on, measurements for made-to-measure items, and your orders and payments.
How we use it
Only to answer your messages, make and deliver your orders, and handle exchanges, alterations and refunds. Staff reply to you themselves; we don't send automated or promotional messages through Messenger. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it and where it is stored
Only the shop owner and our staff, through their own accounts. The data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland (EU); messages reach us through Meta's Messenger Platform. Database backups are kept for 30 days.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to serve you and handle after-sales on your orders, or until you ask us to delete it. Order and payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it for accounting.
Deleting your data
To have the data we hold about you deleted:
- Email dieuanh.nguyen94@gmail.com, or send "Delete my data" to our Facebook Page on Messenger.
- Tell us the name of your Facebook account (or the phone number you ordered with) so we can find your data.
- Within 30 days we delete your messages, your name and picture from Messenger, and the link between your Messenger account and your customer record, and confirm by the same channel. Backups containing them expire within the following 30 days.
Deleting the conversation in your Messenger app does not delete our copy, so please ask us.
